3 Ingredient Acai Bowl

Acai bowls (or smoothies bowls) are an easy and delicious way to incorporate antioxidants, vitamins, and protein into your diet. Y0u can easily change this recipe to your personal needs.




Ingredients;

- 1 cup of organic frozen mixed berries

- 1 small ripe banana (sliced and frozen)

- 2-3 tbsp milk of choice (may need more for consistency)

- 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder of choice (optional)


Adding toppings is a great way to incorporate more fruits, vitamins, etc. Some topping options include:

- shredded coconut

- strawberries

- blueberries

- granola

- chia needs

- sliced nuts

- honey

- mango chunks



Directions:

1. Add frozen berries and the banana into a blender

2. Blend on low until only small bits are left

3. Add the milk and protein powder. Blend until a smooth and thick consistency

4. Put mixture into a bowl

5. Add desired toppings

6. Enjoy!
