Berry Overnight Oats

Overnight oats is a quick, easy, and portable breakfast that is perfect for those days you are rushing out the door to get to school on time. It is full of antioxidants, protein, and nutrients.




Ingredients

- 1/2 cup oats

- 1/2 cup non-fat milk

-1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

- 1 cup fresh mixed berries


Directions

1. Add oats and milk to container of choice

2. Add layer of of greek yogurt, chia seeds, then fresh fruit

3. Refrigerate overnight

4. Enjoy in the morning!
