We have all been told that sleeping enough is healthy, however, most teenagers do not get the recommended number of hours of sleep in every night. I know from experience that sleeping 8 hours is not always possible with the amount of school work that we receive. But, that does not mean that we should think of sleeping as a afterthought. So, I created a list of reasons of why sleep should be a priority in your life.
